Your accounting software is only useful if it is set up properly. We help identify the right cloud accounting platform for your business, including Xero, MYOB and other leading systems, then configure it correctly from the start.
This includes setting up your chart of accounts, business details, GST settings, bank feeds, invoicing preferences and other core requirements. A clean setup helps prevent messy reporting, incorrect GST treatment and avoidable bookkeeping headaches later.
For businesses moving from one system to another, we also manage software transitions and migrations with minimal disruption.

Xero and MYOB training
If you want to manage your own books, we can help you do it properly. Our personalised software training is tailored to your level, your business and your system.
We provide one-on-one Xero training, MYOB training and bookkeeping software support for business owners, admin staff and finance teams. You might be starting from scratch, trying to understand bank reconciliation, learning how to send invoices, or wanting to get more useful reports from the system you already use.
Training starts from $150 per hour + GST.
BAS preparation and lodgement
Many business owners are comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping but still want a registered professional to review and lodge their BAS. We can review your records, prepare your Business Activity Statement and lodge it accurately and on time.
This service is ideal for sole traders and small businesses that want confidence without committing to full-service monthly bookkeeping.
Quarterly BAS preparation and lodgement starts from $120 per month + GST. Ongoing support and advice can be added from $50 + GST per month.
ATO registrations
We provide quick and straightforward ATO registration services for businesses that need to register for GST, PAYG withholding or both.
GST registration is $50 + GST. PAYGW registration is $50 + GST. Combined GST and PAYGW registration is $75 + GST.
Bookkeeping health checks
If your books have fallen behind, become messy or simply do not feel reliable, we can complete a bookkeeping health check. We review your records, identify issues and help get everything back on track.
